Ideally located in the heart of Bondi Junction, Capitol features 102 apartments set across 22 levels. Designed by architects Dickson Rothschild, Capitol is characterised by strongly defined curves, vast expanses of glass and a sandstone facade at its base with a timber-slatted awning shading the pedestrian area.

Capitol included 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom + study, 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom + study and 3 bedroom apartments, crowned by two exceptional penthouses with vast private alfresco entertaining spaces.

All apartments sold out on the day of release. Completed June 2017.
