Stewart is a highly experienced property executive with more than 25 years in the industry. Prior to running his own property businesses, Stewart spent eight years with leading companies Stockland and Macquarie Bank. At Stockland, Stewart ran a portfolio of 11 major residential estate projects before joining the Retirement Living team as NSW State Manager.

Stewart was also the Vice President of Medallist, a subsidiary of Macquarie Bank, which specialised in the development of golf course communities. Stewart’s experience spans a broad range of projects with completion values from $15 million to $450 million.

In 2009, Stewart started Legacy Property which has developed over $500 million of residential property and more recently through Newquest he is developing over $100 million worth of mixed use projects.

Stewart has extensive experience managing highly focused, multidisciplinary teams engaged in delivering quality projects.



Neil is a successful businessman with over 30 years of experience in the property and construction industry.

Managing Director of a proud family owned civil contracting company (EST 1942) for over 25 years, Neil has broad experience in large scale civil contracts, construction management and property development in both NSW & Victoria.

In parallel, Neil has acquired and developed numerous land subdivisions in his own right as well as being instrumental in achieving several rezoning’s on investment land holdings.

Neil is an experienced developer, with a practical background, who has demonstrated over time his ability to visualize positive outcomes and deliver quality projects, the most recent being Greenway a 700 + lot master planned housing estate in North West Sydney.


Marketing Director

Wendy has been working in the development industry for 13 years holding a range of senior marketing positions. Wendy has been the marketing manager on numerous new project launches as well as managing major campaigns which have promoted multiple developments both state and Australia wide.

Wendy has extensive experience managing the launch of new residential and retail developments which cover all areas of marketing including brand development, market research, signage, collateral, website, digital, campaign execution, database communications and social media management. Wendy is passionate about clearly communicating the vision and benefits of new developments and is committed to delivering great new places for customers to enjoy.


Development Director

Michael has over 20 years experience within the property industry working on a variety of different projects across a broad range of disciplines and has a passion for planning and delivering projects that are diverse, architecturally well designed and meet market demands. Michael’s diverse experience includes managing large masterplanned residential communities worth over $1b in value, high density residential apartments which incorporate heritage features, commercial office towers and industrial warehouse developments.

Michael has held several senior roles within the industry at some of the top development companies and has been responsible for delivering significant profits to these businesses. He adds a wealth of experience and a delivery focus to the current pipeline of projects. Michael is also part of the acquisition team for Newquest with extensive experience in negotiating superior outcomes for the business and identifying new opportunities.


Development Director

Peter has over 20 years of property development, finance, management and sales experience and has had direct involvement in a broad range of development and advisory projects both in the Australian market and offshore.

Peter was previously a Divisional Director at Macquarie Bank where he spent nine years, of which four of these were spent working in the US in a joint venture with Greg Norman’s Great White Shark Enterprises. On return to Australia Peter has focused on the delivery of large development projects from both an investment and development perspective. This role has seen Peter work in the capacity as both a principal and as an advisor. These roles included establishing and running, in a joint ownership structure, the project marketing arm of the Ray White Group as well as sourcing and managing the development of Blackmores Ltd’s headquarters on two hectares of land at Warriewood, NSW. He has also delivered the Botanic project in Lane Cove, comprising 79 luxury apartments, as a principal in a joint venture structure.


Finance Manager

Michelle has over 12 years experience within the accounting and finance industry. She is an organised and results orientated accountant with successful experience in positions of increasing responsibility and duties.

After completing studies in the business, accounting & finance fields, she has gained extensive experience in financial management reporting and analysis, budgeting, cash flow and general accounting. She possesses great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
